The next chapter of AI at work
Move from experimentation to useful, repeatable workflows.
The most useful AI projects begin with a clear task. Instead of asking what AI can do in general, identify work that takes time, has a repeatable structure and can be reviewed by a person.
Start with the task
Choose one workflow: summarizing meeting notes, drafting a response or extracting information from a document. Define the input, the expected output and who checks it.
Give the system context
Include the audience, your goal, the source material and the format you need. A prompt for a client email should specify tone, required facts and the next action.
Keep a human checkpoint
Review names, figures, commitments and source references before using the result. Treat generated text as a draft until it passes that review.
Measure the change
Compare the time spent completing the workflow before and after the pilot. Record corrections as well as time saved, then decide whether to expand it.
