BuildTrack construction management system
One web workspace for construction sites, teams, materials, budgets and client progress.
Construction projects involve project managers, site engineers, workers, suppliers and clients. The team set out to bring project details, daily work, materials, procurement and financial records into a single role-based workflow.
The team built a Java and Spring Boot application with project and site management, task assignments, attendance, stock movements, purchase orders, budgets, expenses and invoices. It also includes a read-only client progress dashboard and PDF reports.
BuildTrack is a working academic project prototype that demonstrates how each role can manage its part of a construction project in one connected system. It provides a client-facing view of progress without exposing internal editing tools.
